Ordering & Payments
Q: How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered at checkout before your payment is completed.
Please follow the steps below:
Select the product you wish to buy and add it to your shopping cart.
From the cart page, choose “PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD” to proceed to checkout. This step applies whether you plan to pay by PayPal or by credit/debit card.
For mobile shoppers, tap “Show order summary” to display the discount code box.
For desktop shoppers, the discount code field will appear on the right side of the checkout page.
After the discount has been successfully applied, you can complete your purchase using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit/debit card.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We support a range of secure payment options, including:
PayPal
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club
Most major credit and debit cards

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Standard international shipping is generally USD $5.99. However, the final shipping fee may depend on your destination, order details, and any active promotional offers. The exact shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, rndconzept ships to customers worldwide. We cooperate with global fulfillment partners and warehouse networks to process orders as efficiently as possible. Based on your location and product availability, your package may be shipped from the fulfillment center best suited for your order.
Q: When will my order arrive?
Most orders are delivered within approximately 10–20 business days after processing and shipment. Delivery time may vary due to destination country, customs clearance, shipping carrier conditions, holidays, or peak-season delays.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this tracking number on a global tracking platform such as 17track.net to check the latest delivery status.
Q: Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent. In some cases, tracking may also remain unchanged for several days while the parcel is in transit between facilities, customs points, or international carriers.
Q: Why did only part of my order arrive?
If your order includes more than one item, your products may be shipped in separate parcels from different warehouses. This allows us to fulfill available items faster. Each separate shipment will receive its own tracking number, which will be sent to your email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I change my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?
Requests to update shipping or contact details must be made as soon as possible. Please email support@rndconzept.com immediately with the subject line “Urgent: Address Change.”

The full and correct shipping details
We will make every reasonable effort to update your order before processing begins. If the order has already shipped, we will no longer be able to modify the delivery information. In that case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
Q: Can I change the product, size, color, or quantity after ordering?
Order modification requests are time-sensitive. Please contact us right away at support@rndconzept.com with the subject line “Urgent: Order Change.”

The specific change you would like to request
We can only make changes if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once the order is being prepared, packed, or shipped, changes may no longer be available.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it for you. A small processing or handling fee may apply. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Post-Delivery Issues
Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please contact our support team at support@rndconzept.com so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Q: What should I do if the product has a defect or quality problem?

Q: I received the wrong item or something is missing. What should I do?

Account & Communication
Q: I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, contact support@rndconzept.com and provide the email address you believe was used at checkout. Our support team will help locate your order and resend the confirmation if necessary.
Q: I have not received my tracking number. What should I do?
Tracking information is usually emailed within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. If more time has passed, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the tracking email is still missing, contact us at support@rndconzept.com for assistance.
