General Policy

All purchases are considered final once completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for general preference-based reasons. Exceptions may only apply if the item has a confirmed quality problem or if you received an incorrect product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not provide regular product exchanges. Replacements are only available when an item arrives damaged or defective and the issue has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

Unauthorized Returns
