Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with rndconzept. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, track, and deliver customer orders. We aim to make the shipping process clear, reliable, and easy to understand.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3 business days after the order is placed.
During this processing period, we may verify the order details, inspect the product, package the item, and transfer the parcel to the appropriate shipping provider.
Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Timeframes and Rates
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows:
Estimated Shipping Time: 10–20 business days
Shipping Fee: A flat worldwide shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to all orders
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 13–23 business days, including both processing time and shipping transit time
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your destination, carrier conditions, customs procedures, and other logistics factors.
3. Possible Delivery Delays
All shipping timelines are provided as estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
rndconzept is not responsible for delays caused by situations outside our control, including but not limited to:
Customs inspections or clearance delays
Carrier service interruptions
Transportation or logistics delays
Weather conditions, holidays, peak-season volume, or other unexpected events
We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur during transit.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment at:
www.17track.net
Please allow several business days for the carrier to update the tracking information after your shipping confirmation email has been sent.
5. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, the products may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers.
This helps us process available items more efficiently and may allow parts of your order to arrive sooner.
Each package will have its own shipping confirmation email and unique tracking number.
6. Order Modifications
Requests to change order information are extremely time-sensitive.
This may include changes to:
Shipping address
Recipient name or contact information
Product size
Product color
Item quantity
Other order details
Any change request must be submitted before the order enters the shipping preparation stage. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours after placing your order.

A clear explanation of the modification you would like to request
We will make every reasonable effort to assist. However, once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, the parcel may be held at a local delivery facility for a limited period.
Customers should contact their local delivery carrier with the tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup.
rndconzept is not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to:
An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe
Failure to follow carrier delivery instructions
8. Shipment Status Inquiries
It is common for tracking updates to pause temporarily while a package is moving through the shipping network.
As a general rule, if tracking activity has appeared within the past 7 days, the package is still considered to be in transit.
If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact us at support@rndconzept.com for further assistance.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package may be lost after more than 7 consecutive days without tracking updates, please contact our support team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to review the shipment status. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost in transit, we will resend your order at no extra cost.
Please note that rndconzept is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system.
Once the tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided, we are not liable for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen afterward.
10. Shipping Destinations and Shipping Origin
Shipping Destinations:
rndconzept offers worldwide shipping. In the rare case that our logistics partners cannot deliver to a certain country or region, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Shipping Origin:
To provide a wider product selection and efficient fulfillment, orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, or directly from our manufacturing partners.
11. Shipping Disclaimer
By placing an order with rndconzept, you agree to the following shipping terms:
Shipping Timeframes:
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. rndconzept is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. rndconzept is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivered Packages:
Our responsibility for an order ends once the carrier tracking system confirms that the package has been delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
